NOT YOUR TYPICAL DOG WALKER

Run My Pup is not a dog walking service. We do one thing and we do it really well: we run with your dogs! We believe that a leisurely dog walk, while beneficial, does not satisfy most dogs’ exercise needs. Services like Wag and Rover are great when your dog needs a quick potty break, but for most dogs a 30 minute walk leaves your dog wanting and needing more.  Run My Pup focuses exclusively on your dog's fitness, including cardiovascular conditioning and endurance building. Our team of dog runners has completed over 25 marathons & has the fitness required to help your dog go the distance.

If you're simply looking for a casual walk in the park, then we're likely not the right fit for your pet. However, if you want your pup to get outside and really have some fun running, then we'd love to schedule a meet and greet and our first run!

Like humans, dogs need to stay active to live long and healthy lives. Studies show that an active lifestyle reduces stress and anxiety in dogs. When dogs are under-stimulated, they can be destructive, hyper and even aggressive. Running helps dogs build muscle, reduce fat and gain fitness, while also exposing them to new sights, sounds and smells. Furthermore, properly exercised dogs tend to be more obedient and better behaved.

Two quality runs per week will change your dog’s entire life.
